Mint Cake
We do love our Mint Cake here in the Lake District! It has sustained generations of walkers as they take to the fells in all weathers. It was with this in mind that we blended Peppermint and Liquorice to provide our own take on an old favourite. Inhale before you take a sip and appreciate the marvellous aroma of a mountain of sweet mintiness!

Ingredients
Peppermint (50%), liquorice, apple pieces, rosehip, jasmine blossom, blue cornflowers, natural flavouring.
Instructions
1 to 2 teaspoons and 100°C for 3 to 5 minutes. Delicious without milk
